Analog Creatives is seeking a skilled and reliable photographer and videographer (or a team) to cover a series of 15 annual events for an educational institution. We require a professional who can capture high-quality content and deliver it under a tight deadline.
1. Scope of Work & Deliverables:
* Events: 15 separate events throughout the year.
* Duration: Approximately 8 hours of coverage per event.
2. Responsibilities:
* Shoot high-resolution photographs (candid and staged).
* Record high-definition video footage (4K preferred).
* Basic photo editing (color grading, cropping).
* Basic video editing (a concise 2-3 minute highlight reel per event,
color grading, audio syncing).
* Delivery: All edited high-resolution photos and the highlight
video must be delivered via a digital link (e.g., Google Drive,
WeTransfer) within 24 hours of the event's conclusion.
3. Requirements:
* Must have professional-grade photography and videography
equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, and
stabilization gear).
* Must have proven experience in event coverage and post-
production editing.
* Must be highly reliable and able to work within strict deadlines.
* Must provide a portfolio or links to previous work.
4. Budget:
* The fee inclusive of all shooting, editing, equipment usage, and
delivery costs.
* Please outline your proposed package and what it includes within
this budget.
5. Submission Process:
