Job Title: Customer Support Executive – E-commerce (Remote)

Key responsibilities will include:

⚪️ Reply to customer messages, calls, and queries on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other channels in a timely, polite, and helpful manner in English and Bangla.
⚪️ Handle customer complaints, refund requests, order tracking, and other support-related conversations.
⚪️ Consult product/service guides to provide accurate information to customers.
⚪️ Escalate unresolved issues to senior representatives as required.
⚪️ Record all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
⚪️ Thank you and follow-up messages with customers to ensure satisfaction.
⚪️ Convert leads or inquiries into sales using guided selling methods.
⚪️ Analyze customer journeys and support tickets to identify process improvement areas.
⚪️ Stay updated with new company policies, products/services.

The ideal candidate will have:

⚪️ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla, both written and verbal.
⚪️ Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues.
⚪️ Positive attitude and patience to handle difficult customers.
⚪️ Familiarity with social media management and CRM systems, Meta business suite, Meta ads manager, and Google Sheets.
⚪️ Experience with lead nurturing and basic sales skills.
