ওসমান হাদির ক্লিনিকাল কন্ডিশন

ঘাতকের সম্ভাব্য টার্গেট ছিল কপাল বরাবর। তবে ভিক্টিম রিক্সায় থাকায় টার্গেট মিস হয়ে বু*লেট প্রবেশ করে চোয়ালে, যা সরাসরি মস্তিষ্কে আঘাত করে। এই অবস্থায় প্রচুর রক্তক্ষরণের পাশাপাশি মস্তিষ্কের কার্যক্রম দুর্বল হতে শুরু করে। ফলে শ্বাস-প্রশ্বাসে সমস্যা ও দেহ শকে চলে যায়। একইসাথে রক্তক্ষরণে দেহ অসাড় হয়ে পড়ে।

এই কন্ডিশনকে জিসিএস স্কেল দিয়ে পরিমাপ করা হয়। ওসমান হাদির জিসিএস স্কোর ৩, যার অর্থ, শুধু কোমা নয়, গভীর কোমা। এটি কোমার সর্বশেষ অবস্থা।

এ অবস্থায় চোখে দেখা, কানে শোনা, কথা বলা অর্থাৎ ভিক্টিমের দেহের সকল মোটর নিউরনই সাড়া দেওয়া বন্ধ করে দেয়। এই অবস্থায় দেহের কন্ডিশন উন্নত না হলে পরিণতি মৃ--**

​Incident Overview:
The patient sustained a severe traumatic injury intended for the cranial region. Due to the angle of impact, the trauma occurred at the jawline, resulting in critical neurological damage. This led to significant hemorrhaging, causing the body to enter a state of hypovolemic shock and respiratory distress.
​Current Status (GCS Assessment):
The patient’s condition is currently being monitored using the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS). Mr. Hadi’s score is recorded at 3. Clinically, this indicates a state of deep coma—the lowest possible score on the scale.
​Prognosis:
At this stage, there is a complete absence of sensory and motor reflexes (visual, auditory, or verbal responses). Unless there is a significant improvement in physiological parameters, the prognosis remains extremely critical.
