Google Ads

✅ Trusted Source কীভাবে খুঁজে বের করবেন
✅ Research Notes কীভাবে তৈরি করবেন
✅ Beginner থেকে Advanced Level পর্যন্ত শেখার Roadmap

আপনি যদি Google Ads সঠিকভাবে শিখতে চান এবং Research-Based Learning Approach অনুসরণ করতে চান, তাহলে এই Guide টি আপনার জন্য।

Let me show you two real ads that ran
in the same market, same month,
same keywords, same budget.

AD 1:

Headline: "Licensed Plumber | Dallas, TX | Call Us Today"

Description: "Serving Dallas for over 10 years.
Fast and reliable plumbing service. Call now."

AD 2:

Headline: "Burst Pipe or No Hot Water? Fixed Today in Dallas"

Description: "Licensed & insured. Here in 60 minutes.
500+ five-star reviews. Dallas's most trusted plumber."

Both ads ran for 30 days.
Here's what happened:

AD 1:

Click-through rate: 3.2%
Cost per click: $22
Calls: 18/month
Booked jobs: 8
Cost per booked job: $440

AD 2:

Click-through rate: 6.8%
Cost per click: $14
Calls: 47/month
Booked jobs: 26
Cost per booked job: $112

Same campaign structure.
Same keywords.
Same daily budget.

The only difference was the ad copy.

Here's why AD 2 won every time:

It spoke to a PROBLEM ("Burst pipe?")
instead of making a claim ("Licensed plumber")

The customer isn't searching for
a "licensed plumber."

They're searching because water is
spraying across their kitchen floor
and they're panicking.

Speak to that moment.
Not to your credentials.

AD 2 also made a SPECIFIC PROMISE:

"Fixed today" and "here in 60 minutes"

"Fast and reliable" is what every
ad says. It means nothing.

"Here in 60 minutes" is a commitment.
It creates trust before they even click.

Finally, AD 2 used ONE proof point:

"500+ five-star reviews"

Not "most trusted"
Anyone can say that.

Not "best in city"
Also anyone.

A specific number that is verifiable.

The formula that made this work:

PROBLEM + SPEED + PROOF + CITY

That's it.

Write your next ad using those 4 elements
and watch your click-through rate jump.

Quick challenge for you:

Look at your current Google Ads headline
right now.

Does it contain:

□ A specific problem your customer has?
□ How fast you solve it?
□ One verifiable proof point?
□ Your city name?

If you answered no to any of these,
that's your next improvement.

Paste your current headline in the comments.
I'll rewrite it using the formula for free,
right here, for everyone to see. 👇

I want to show you something that
changed how I think about LSB growth.

Last year I was working with a plumbing
business in Ohio.

They were spending $3,500/month on Google Ads.
Getting about 90 leads per month.
Converting roughly 18 of them into jobs.

$500 average job value.
$9,000 in monthly revenue.

The owner wanted to increase his budget
to get more leads.

I said: "Before we spend more, let's fix
what's already broken."

Three things were broken.

Problem 1: Speed to lead.
I called his business as a test.
No answer. Left a voicemail.
They called back 4 hours later.
By then, the customer had already
booked someone else.

Research shows calling a lead back
within 5 minutes vs 30 minutes
creates a 9x higher chance of conversion.

He was calling back in hours.
Sometimes the next day.

Fix: Set up an automated text reply
sent within 60 seconds of a missed call.
"Hey, we just missed your call!
We're on a job right now.
Can we call you back in 15 minutes?"

Conversion rate went from 18% to 31%.

Problem 2: Zero follow-up system.
He sent a quote. If they didn't respond, that was it.
One and done.

Studies show 80% of sales require
5 or more follow-up attempts.
Most salespeople make 2.

He was making 1.

Fix: Simple 3-touch follow-up.
Day 1: Quote sent.
Day 3: Follow-up call.
Day 6: Final text - "Still interested? Happy to answer any questions."

11 extra jobs per month from quotes
that previously went cold.

Problem 3: No repeat customer system.
His past customers never heard from him again
after the job was done.

Fix: Simple 6-month text to past customers.
"Hi [Name], this is [Company].
Just checking in - everything still working well?
We're running a maintenance special this month
if you need anything."

8 repeat jobs per month.
People who already trusted him.
Zero ad cost to reach them.

90 days later:
Same 90 leads per month.
Same $3,500 ad spend.

Revenue: $9,000 → $18,500/month.

He didn't need more leads.
He needed a better system for the leads he had.

Quick audit for you right now:

1. How fast do you respond to missed calls?
2. How many times do you follow up on quotes?
3. When did you last contact a past customer?

Your answers will tell you exactly
where your next $5,000-$10,000 is hiding.

I got a message last week from an HVAC
business owner in Dallas.

I'm spending $4,200 a month on Google Ads.
Getting clicks. But barely any calls.
Is Google Ads just not working anymore?

I asked him to send me his account.

The ads were fine.
Click-through rate: solid.
Cost per click: reasonable.
Keywords: well-targeted.

Then I clicked his ad myself.

The landing page loaded in 6.8 seconds.
On mobile - where 65% of his customers come from.

By second 3, most people are already gone.

I finally found the phone number.
Bottom of the page. Small text. Not clickable.

The headline on the page said:
Welcome to Tsipeoria - Serving Dallas Since 2003

His ad said:
Same-Day AC Repair - Licensed & Insured

Zero match. Zero trust. Zero call.

Here's what we fixed - nothing inside Google Ads:

Fix 1: Page speed
Compressed images. Removed unnecessary plugins.
Load time: 6.8 seconds → 2.1 seconds.

Fix 2: Phone number placement
Moved to top of page. Large. Purple button.
"Call Now - Same Day Service Available"
Tap to call on mobile.

Fix 3: Headline match
Changed page headline to mirror the ad exactly:
"Same-Day AC Repair in Dallas - Licensed & Insured"
First thing they see. Matches what they clicked on.

Fix 4: Removed distractions
Took away the navigation menu on the landing page.
One page. One goal. One action. Call us.

Results 30 days later:
Clicks: same (280/month)
Calls: 11 → 47 per month
Call rate: 4% → 17%
Budget: not a single dollar more

The ads were never broken.
The journey after the click was.

Quick test for you right now:

Open your own ad in incognito mode on your phone.
Start a timer.
How long until you find the phone number?

If it's more than 5 seconds -
you just found where your calls are going.

Drop your load time in the comments
and I'll tell you how much it's costing you. 👇

I want to tell you about two electricians
in the same city.

Both running Google Ads.
Both bidding on the exact same keyword.

Business A had been running ads for 2 years.
Spending $3,800/month.
Constantly complained his competitor
was showing up above him.

He assumed his competitor had a bigger budget.

So he raised his budget to $4,500.

Same result. Competitor still above him.

I ran a quick audit.

His competitor was spending $2,100/month.

Here's what was different:

Business A's ad:
"Licensed Electrician - Serving Texas. Call Now."
Quality Score: 4
Cost per click: $28

Competitor's ad:
"Same-Day Panel Upgrades & Rewiring - Licensed,
Insured, Free Estimate for Texas Homeowners."
Quality Score: 8
Cost per click: $11

That's it. That was the entire difference.

Google's auction system doesn't just look
at who bids the most.

It looks at who has the most relevant ad.

Higher relevance = lower cost + better position.

Business A was paying $28 per click
to rank below someone paying $11.

We made three changes:

1. Split his campaigns by service type.
"Panel upgrades" got its own ad.
"Emergency repairs" got its own ad.
"EV charger installation" got its own ad.

Each ad spoke to exactly one problem.
Relevance went up immediately.

2. Built a separate landing page per service.
His old setup sent everyone to the homepage.
Now the panel upgrade ad goes to a panel
upgrade page. Word for word match.

3. Added his city name in every headline.
Not just as a keyword - in the actual text.
Texa's Licensed Electrician for Panel Upgrades."
Local trust + relevance signal combined.

30 days later:
Quality Score: 4 → 8
Cost per click: $28 → $10
Budget: still $3,800
Clicks: 135 → 380 per month
Booked jobs: 9 → 27 per month

His competitor didn't change a thing.
He just stopped giving them the advantage.

To find your Quality Score:
Google Ads → Keywords tab →
Click "Columns" → Add "Quality Score"

If it's under 6, you're overpaying
every single day your ads run.

What's your current score?
Drop it in the comments -
I'll tell you the first thing to fix. 👇

26/04/2026

Let me tell you about a plumbing business
owner I worked with a few months ago.

He was spending $5,200/month on Google Ads.
Getting 42 leads. Only 8 were booking jobs.

He came to me frustrated.
The leads are bad. Google Ads doesn't work.

I asked him one question:

Have you looked at your Search Terms Report?

He hadn't.

We opened it together.

What we found:
Hundreds of clicks from people searching
how to fix a leaky pipe yourself
DIY plumbing tips
what causes low water pressure

People who had zero intention of hiring anyone.

He was paying $54 per click
for people who wanted to do it themselves.

Every. Single. Day.

Here's what we did:

Step 1: Added all DIY and research terms
as negative keywords.
(Immediately stopped paying for them)

Step 2: Shifted budget to emergency and
high-intent searches only.
Emergency plumber [city]
Burst pipe repair today
Licensed plumber available now

Step 3: Adjusted bids - highest for
emergency terms, lower for everything else.

60 days later:
→ Clicks dropped from 340 to 95/month
→ Leads stayed at 38/month (almost same)
→ Booked jobs went from 8 to 22/month
→ Cost dropped from $5,200 to $2,900/month
→ Cost per booked job: $650 → $132

He didn't need more budget.
He needed to stop wasting what he had.

If you're running Google Ads for your
service business, do this right now:

Go to Google Ads → Reports → Search Terms.
Sort by spend.
Ask yourself for each term:
Would this person hire me today?

Every "no" is money you can take back.

What's the most surprising thing
you've found in your Search Terms Report?

I've analyzed over 100 Local Service Business campaigns in the last 2 years.

And one pattern keeps showing up, no matter the industry.

Business owners are getting leads.
Sometimes a lot of them.

But revenue is barely moving.

Here’s the truth nobody talks about:

Lead volume is a vanity metric.

Let me show you what I mean.

I worked with an HVAC company that was spending $6,000 per month on Google Ads.
They were getting around 80 leads, but only 10 were converting into actual jobs.

That means their cost per customer was $600.

We didn’t increase the budget.
We didn’t launch new creatives.
We focused on fixing the targeting strategy.

After 90 days, the results looked completely different:

35 leads per month
21 of them converted into jobs
$3,800 total ad spend
Cost per customer dropped to $181

Same revenue target, but 67% lower cost to achieve it.

So what changed? Three key things:

1. We stopped targeting research-based keywords and focused only on high-intent keywords from people ready to hire immediately.

2. We aligned the ad message with the exact customer problem.
Emergency services focused on speed and response time.
Maintenance focused on savings and prevention.
Replacement focused on warranty and quality.

3. We added pricing language directly into the ad copy.
This filtered out low-quality leads who couldn’t afford the service.
Fewer calls, but every call was from a serious buyer.

This strategy works across industries like plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and any local service business running ads.

Fewer leads. Better leads. More revenue.

What’s your current cost per customer?
Drop it in the comments and I’ll tell you if there’s room to improve it 👇

Most 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 Businesses
𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 on Google Ads.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦:
Many local service businesses start running Google Ads hoping to get quick leads.

But after spending hundreds of dollars, they realize something frustrating:

The clicks are coming…
But the calls and leads are not.

This usually happens because the campaign is not built for local lead generation.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
• Targeting the wrong keywords
• Showing ads to people outside the service area
• No proper campaign structure
• Low quality score causing expensive clicks
• No clear intent-based targeting

As a result, the business ends up paying for random clicks instead of real potential customers.

For local service businesses, Google Ads works best when the campaign is built around high-intent local searches.

This means focusing on keywords that show clear buying intent, such as:

• Emergency plumber near me
• Roof repair in [city]
• 24-hour electrician

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬:
• Accurate location targeting
• Well-structured ad groups
• Strong keyword-to-ad relevance
• Conversion-focused messaging

When these elements are set up correctly, Google Ads becomes a lead generation system, not just a traffic source.

Instead of paying for random clicks, the business starts attracting people who are actively searching for that service.
