Weโre looking for a Senior Flutter App Developer to join our clientโs team. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who has a deep understanding of Flutter and mobile development best practices, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance applications. As a senior developer, youโll take ownership of app architecture, guide technical decisions, and mentor junior developers. Youโll collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and project managers to build visually stunning, responsive, and reliable applications that provide seamless user experiences across platforms.

- Salary: BDT 40,000-60,000 (depending on experience & expertise)
Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter, with a deep understanding of Flutterโs architecture.
- 3+ years of professional experience developing and maintaining production-grade mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Strong experience with both Riverpod and BLoC for scalable state management.
- Proven ability to translate complex Figma designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance Flutter applications.
- Strong understanding of clean architecture, modular design patterns, and reusable component development.
- Proficiency in REST API integration, data serialization, and offline data handling.
- Experience building responsive and adaptive UIs for various device types, screen sizes, and orientations.
- Solid understanding of performance optimization, widget tree management, and memory usage in Flutter apps.
- Experience with animations and custom UI components for dynamic and fluid user experiences.
- Experience writing platform-specific native code (Android/iOS) and integrating native modules with Flutter.

- Lead the end-to-end development of Flutter applications, from concept to deployment.
- Take ownership of app performance, stability, and scalability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with designers to implement complex UI/UX designs with precision and performance.
- Architect and maintain scalable codebases, ensuring long-term maintainability and testability.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best coding practices.
- Integrate and optimize RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clients, backend engineers, and project managers to define and deliver high-quality features.
- Deploy and manage app releases on the Play Store and App Store.
