About the Role
Shil Consultancy Services is seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. We specialize in providing high-impact digital solutions, and we are looking for a creative strategist who can take full ownership of our clients' social media presence.
This is not a role for passive observers—we need a growth-focused expert who can execute winning Meta ad campaigns, produce high-quality visual content, and deliver measurable growth in engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing: Design, execute, and optimize end-to-end Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to drive business objectives.
Growth Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies that increase brand awareness, reach, and follower engagement for diverse clients.
Content Production: Produce high-converting visual assets. You must be proficient in graphic design and the creation of engaging posts (static images, carousels, and basic video editing).
Analytics & Reporting: Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide data-backed insights to improve future strategies.
Client Communication: Maintain professional, proactive communication with clients and the internal team to ensure alignment on campaign goals.
Requirements
Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record of running successful Meta advertising campaigns and achieving verifiable growth on social media platforms.
Creative Skills: Hands-on experience in content creation, including graphic design and visual storytelling. Please have a portfolio or examples of your previous work ready to share.
Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Self-Starter: The ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple client projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Education: We believe in talent over certificates. While a degree is not required, your portfolio and technical expertise must speak for themselves.
Compensation
Competitive salary commensurate with experience. The final package will be discussed during the interview process based on your proven track record and skill set.
