We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to create clean, eye-catching visuals for websites, social media, ads, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our team to turn ideas into effective banners, posts, and creative assets while maintaining brand consistency. Design materials and content will be provided—you’ll focus on delivering polished final designs.

ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট যেমন Plugin/SaaS এর প্রোডাক্ট ডিজাইন করতে হবে না, মুলত Plugin/SaaS ওয়েবসাইটের বিভিন্ন ল্যান্ডিং পেইজের বিভিন্ন সেকশানের ফিচার বা Dashboard এর UI ডিজাইন করতে হবে (ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট রেডি জাস্ট প্রোডাক্টের বিভিন্ন ফিচারগুলোকে ল্যান্ডিং পেইজে ব্যবহার করার জন্য ডিজাইন লাগবে)। ডিজাইন করার জন্য বিভিন্ন ডিজাইন আইডিয়া ও মেটেরিয়াল এর সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হবে। টুলস স্কিল - Adobe photoshop or illustrator and figma।

☑ শর্ত ☑ - মিনিমাম ৮/১০ পেইজের জন্য এমন ফিচার টাইপ বা Dashboard টাইপ ডিজাইন করেছেন এমন অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। শুধু মাত্র অনলাইনের পোর্টফলিও লিংক দেখিয়ে আবেদন করে লাভ নেই আপনাকে ফুল ডিজাইনের "র" ফাইল বা ফাইনাল ডিজাইনের ফাইল আপলোড করে আবেদন করতে হবে।

☑শর্ত - শুধু মাত্র অনলাইনের পোর্টফলিও লিংক দেখিয়ে আবেদন করে লাভ নেই আপনাকে "র" ফাইলসহ ফুল ফাইনাল ডিজাইন ফাইল আপলোড করে আবেদন করতে হবে।

আপনার কাজ হচ্ছে গুগলের ডক ফাইল থেকে আর্টিকেল ডাউললোড করে ওয়েবসাইটে ড্রাফট করা, তারপর লিস্ট করা আর্টিকেলে বিভিন্ন টাইটেল ট্যাগগুলো সাজানো, ইন্টার্নাল লিংক করা, এবং আর্টিকেলের সাথে রিলিভেন্ট ইমেজ বানিয়ে অ্যাড করা, আমাদের দেওয়া অনপেইজ এসইওয়ের চেকলিস্ট ফাইনাল চেক করে আবার ড্রাফট করা। (কাজ এইটুকু) কীওয়ার্ড রিসার্চ, কম্পিটিটর এনালাইসিস বা কীওয়ার্ড অপটিমেশনের দায়িত্ব আপনার না, এর জন্য অন্য ডিপার্টমেন্ট কাজ করে)

☑ শর্ত - লাইভ ওয়েবসাইটে মিনিমাম ১৫/২০ পেইজে অন পেইজ এসইও করার অভিজ্ঞতা না থাকলে আবেদন করার দরকার নাই, আপনি যে এই বিষয়ে অভিজ্ঞ এর জন্য আপনার পূর্বে কাজ করা অন পেইজ এসইওয়ের পোর্টফলিও বা ডকুমেন্ট বা অন পেইজ এসইও অপটিমাইজ আর্টিকেলের ডগ অ্যাটাচ করে আবেদন করতে হবে। কাজের স্যাম্পল ছাড়া ( I am an SEO expert with 3 to 5 years of experience.) এমন টাইপ সিভি আমরা কাউন্ট করি না।

✅সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া একাউন্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট ✅

Social Media Management-এর দায়িত্বের মধ্যে রয়েছে Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest এবং YouTube সহ বিভিন্ন প্ল্যাটফর্মে নিয়মিত কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করা। পাশাপাশি Facebook ও LinkedIn পেজে আসা মেসেজ ও কমেন্ট ম্যানেজ করা (যদি আসে)। গ্রাফিক ডিজাইন ও ভিডিও টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কনটেন্ট ক্যালেন্ডার তৈরি করে সেই অনুযায়ী সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় পোস্ট করতে হবে। প্রতি সপ্তাহে কাজের অগ্রগতি এবং পারফরম্যান্স রিপোর্ট জমা দেওয়া। এছাড়া Basic Canva সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে সেটি অতিরিক্ত স্কিল হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।

☑ শর্ত - সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া একাউন্ট ম্যানেজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা হিসাবে আপনার পূর্বের কনটেন্ট ক্যালেন্ডার স্যাম্পল অবশ্যই পোর্টফোলিও হিসাবে আবেদনের সময় যুক্ত করতে হবে। কনটেন্ট ক্যালেন্ডার স্যাম্পল না থাকলে আবেদন করার প্রয়োজন নেই।
