"I have a nice logo. So my brand is ready, right?"
Many business owners ask this question.
The answer is no.
A logo is just a small part of a brand. It is not the whole brand.
So what is a brand really?
A brand is what people think and feel about your business.
Let me give you a simple example.
There are two sweet shops in your area.
The first shop is always clean. The owner speaks with a smile. The quality is always the same. If someone complains, the problem is solved quickly.
The second shop also has good sweets. But the owner is not friendly. Quality changes from day to day. No consistency.
Which shop will people visit again and again?
The first one. Because it created a feeling. It built trust.
That is a brand.
Your business brand is built by answering 4 questions.
Why will people see you as different from others?
Why will people trust you?
Why will people remember you for a long time?
Why will people come back to you again and again?
Making a logo is easy. Building a brand takes time. But once it is built, it becomes your most valuable business asset.
What do people think about your business? Tell me in the comments.
