A Landmark Infrastructure Project, Recreated in Miniature.: 𝐇𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐊𝐀𝐌𝐑𝐔𝐋 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄 — 𝟒𝐅𝐓 × 𝟒𝐅𝐓 𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐄 𝐌𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐋
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐁𝐃 had the opportunity to recreate this major infrastructure project as a detailed 4 ft × 4 ft miniature model for the 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐑𝐇𝐃), Bangladesh.
From digital design to the final assembled model, our team handled the entire production process — 𝟑𝐃 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝟑𝐃 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 — with one objective: to represent the real interchange as accurately and realistically as possible.
The model includes the interchange road network, elevated sections, ramps, surrounding structures, water bodies, landscape elements and other site details — all integrated into a 4 ft × 4 ft presentation model.

Hatikumrul Interchange is a major road infrastructure project in Sirajganj, Bangladesh, developed as part of the SASEC Dhaka–Northwest Corridor Road Project, Phase 2. The broader project upgrades the important Elenga–Hatikumrul–Rangpur corridor, one of Bangladesh’s key transport links connecting Dhaka with the northern and northwestern regions.
The interchange is designed as a modified cloverleaf interchange, allowing traffic from different directions to move more efficiently with fewer direct crossing conflicts. According to RHD’s project documents, the Hatikumrul package also includes provisions for slow-moving traffic, highway service facilities and associated structures.
Strategically, Hatikumrul acts as an important gateway for traffic moving between Dhaka, Bogura, Rangpur, Rajshahi and other northern and southwestern districts. SASEC reports that the junction connects routes serving 22 districts, as well as major land ports, airports and river ports, making it important for both passenger movement and freight transportation.
