How would your business change if you had 167 eyeballs on it every 5 minutes? 👀

This screenshot is more than just a metric you can find in Google Analytics.

It translates to RESULTS.

Imagine if you had prospects coming in daily via search engines…

➡️ If you had 10 leads a day and a 10% conversion rate, that would equate to 1 new client every single day OR 365 clients a year JUST from SEO.

It's not impossible, either, even if you're starting from 0.

Getting prospects to your finance or real estate website organically is simple.

You just need to improve your website's Google rankings with SEO.

And we've got just the thing to help.

Getting your content to rank higher is ONLY valuable if users stick around.

Use this Google Analytics hack:

A top ranked page feels great.

But watching your exit rates skyrocket certainly doesn’t.

Eventually, you want users to subscribe, opt in or buy.

For that, you’ll need to locate the pages with high exit rates.

It’s a dead-simple process.

Open Google Analytics and find:

Behavior > Site content > All Pages

There you’ll find - the ‘Advanced option’

After that, select:

• Source/Medium
• Write - “Google / Organic”

(Check out the photo below if you’re having trouble)

The whole point of this trick is to find your top-performing pages in the SERPs.

We’re filtering out everything that performed well because of paid campaigns and referrals.

And focusing entirely on organic traffic.

Now, sort your results by most views, then look to the far right side for “Bounce Rate” and “% Exit.”

For Exit rates,

Blog posts will commonly have high bounce rates. You’re attracting traffic that’s interested in a topic, not your brand.

So don’t sweat it. The real problem is pages with BOTH high bounce and exit rates.

This can mean your content doesn’t match the search intent.

Various reasons could explain this:

• Basic content - too short
• Content is outdated and irrelevant
• Mobile-unfriendly and unattractive website

But you can quickly solve it by:

→ Comparing your content with top-performing pages
→ Adding/removing anything that's missing

Analyze, iterate, and test.

You’ll be well on your way to converting visitors to loyal customers.

Whether you should hire out for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) or do it yourself depends on several factors, such as your budget, your experience, and your available time.

Hiring an SEO professional or agency can be expensive, but they have the expertise and tools to optimize your website for search engines effectively. They can also save you time and allow you to focus on other aspects of your business. Additionally, they can keep up with the latest trends and algorithm updates to ensure that your website remains optimized.

On the other hand, doing SEO yourself can be cost-effective, especially if you have the necessary skills and knowledge. You can use free online resources to learn about SEO, and there are various tools available to help you optimize your website. However, SEO can be time-consuming, and it requires ongoing effort to stay on top of the latest trends and updates.

Ultimately, the decision to hire an SEO professional or do it yourself depends on your individual circumstances. If you have the budget and want to ensure that your website is optimized to its fullest potential, then hiring an SEO professional may be the best option. However, if you're willing to put in the time and effort, doing it yourself may be a viable option.

An SEO audit can supercharge your growth 🔥

There’s 2 types of SEO audits:

- Automated and a waste of time audits
- Growth opportunity audits

we’ve worked with brands that generate over $100million MRR and their “SEO health score” sucks.

Let’s break this down!

we still see businesses trying to steal each others clients by cold emailing “PDF” Ahrefs SEO audits.

Let us clear this up, this is NOT an SEO audit.

These automated crawls pick up issues like multiple H1s on pages that last had an impression in 2006.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s good to get an idea, but lets be honest, this is not an audit.

If you get a cold email with a “free SEO audit”, throw it in the digital bin and set 🔥 to it.

So what is a proper audit?

For me, it’s 7 key segments:

- Looking for growth opportunities (80/20 principle)
- To understand how crawlers are working their way around the website
- To identify decaying segments on the website
- To build clarity on the overall performance of the site for the customer
- To identify how the brand can increase revenue
- Building a case study to increase the performance of all related digital assets (content, UX, links, technical journey, etc)
- Building a structured roadmap to increase, traffic, revenue, and market share

SEO audits are not quick. But man they can create serious growth when done right!

How we've hit a 143.2% click increase over 12 months for an eCommerce brand.
Ecommerce is a "tricky" beast, and there's a lot of common errors across stores:

- Dead pages
- Redirect chains
- Weak product coverage
- Weak product listing pages
- Weak product page content
- Weak product page variables
- Poor use of external link equity
- Poor conversion rate optimisation

I focused on the biggest impact changes, which will help the crawlers and send the right signals to Google.

Instead of just "shootin" out blog posts.

Look at your overall topical authority with;

- Product page listing
- Hub and spoke model
- Product page variables
- Optimised internal linking

It's also worth noting that there's many awesome tools in the industry. Some that help me;

- Frase
- InLinks
- Analytics (Yep)
- Screaming Frog
- Google Sheets (El Clasico)
- Google Search Console (Gold mine!)

In any SERPs, brands will come up against "bigger" brands. Don't let "DR" worry you.

This brand does not have a high "DR". We just have better product coverage, good links, and a solid internal structure.

There's still a lot of work to help us dominate the market. But we're seeing good growth that's helping the business invest in further growth.

Any questions?

Why Shopify products don't rank and generate revenue:

- Unfortunately, this happens a lot for brands with 1000s of products
- For example, Shopify Products easily fall into discovered/crawled currently not indexed
- Low internal link counts can cause this
- Links from canonical child paths (non-indexed) do not add value to your product pages
- Google crawlers feel "sick" and "lost" in the digital mess
- Value of your product pages is now diminished and has almost no chance of ranking and driving revenue!

I've seen this with a lot of brands.

Valuable product pages end up falling, deeper, and deeper underneath non-indexed pages and pagination.

I know what you're thinking, "CARNAGE!" Well, you're right, it is! Fix this, and you can increase traffic. I've helped a lot of brands fix this mess and it has had a massive impact on rankings.

I hope brands read this post and realise SEO is not just articles and links. You need to understand what's happening under the "hood" of your website.

Do the boring AF stuff like analysing log files and GSC crawl starts.

Then.

Help your product pages;

- Throw product pages a lifeline
- Help them get crawled
- Help them rank
- Help them drive revenue

Hope this helps ✌️
