Compensation:
First 3 months Probationary Period: 10,000 BDT/month + 2% bonus on deals brought in
It will increase up to 30,000 BDT/month + 5% bonus on deals
Additional 10% bonus every 3 months based on performance.

Infinity Automated is a creative agency specializing in design & creative video production & editing for businesses and personal brands, we’re looking for an energetic and driven Client Outreach Specialist to help us expand our client base.
Role Overview:
As a Client Outreach Specialist at Infinity Automated, you will play a key role in driving business growth by reaching out to potential clients across various channels. You will be responsible for initiating conversations, generating leads, and ultimately helping the agency build lasting client relationships. You will work remotely, with flexibility, and be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, initiative, and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: Reach out to at least 40 potential clients daily through emails, calls, and other digital platforms.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads that fit our agency’s services.
Relationship Building: Establish strong, positive relationships with prospective clients.
Follow-ups: Keep track of conversations and follow up regularly to move leads through the sales funnel.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and outcomes.
Collaborate: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless transition from outreach to client onboarding.
Performance Tracking: Meet monthly targets and KPIs while improving outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, client outreach, or lead generation.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly.
Familiarity with sales outreach tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
Education: No formal education requirements—your experience and skills are what matter!
