**Salary: BDT 30,000–40,000 (Based on Skills & Experience)
Studio Visor is a Dhaka-based creative content agency specializing in YouTube content production, video editing, and thumbnail design for creators and brands worldwide. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented and passionate **Video Editor** to join our team and help create engaging, high-retention content for international audiences.
# Key Responsibilities
* Edit long-form faceless YouTube videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
* Create high-performing short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.
* Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement and sound design.
* Work closely with scriptwriters, thumbnail designers and content strategists to bring creative concepts to life.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
* Provide creative input and constructive feedback to junior editors when needed.
# Required Skills
* Strong proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro(Must Have)
* Strong proficiency in **Adobe After Effects** (Must Have)
* Experience with **DaVinci Resolve** will be considered a strong advantage
* Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
* Strong communication and time-management skills.
