সম্প্রতি এনবিআর প্রজ্ঞাপন জারি করেছে, যার মাধ্যমে আংশিক রপ্তানিকারক প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলো ব্যাংক গ্যারান্টির বিপরীতে শুল্কমুক্তভাবে কাঁচামাল ও পণ্য আমদানি করতে পারবে।
