1. Candidates have to make outbound calls to the US to sell our products or services.
2. Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
4. Required agents will have to work at Night Shift (8:00 PM-5:00 AM) from office.
5. Excellent track records on MCA Live Transfer, Janitorial/Air Duct Appointment setting will get preference.
6. Candidates must be able to speak fluent English.
7. Transportation Allowance - Tk.1,000 after 6 months of employment.
8. Free Dinner for Night Shift after 3 months of employment.
9. HSC, O Level, A-Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
10. Monday-Friday (Working Days), Weekly 2 holidays (Saturday-Sunday)
11. Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly) after 6 months of probation.
12. You can earn more than 10k on top of your salary as a sales bonus.
