Job Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for editing hospital and healthcare-related video content for social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The role involves transforming raw footage captured from operation theaters (OT), doctors' chambers, and various hospital environments into engaging, informative, and professionally branded digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Professionally edit raw footage captured from doctors' chambers, operation theaters (OT), and hospital environments.
- Create platform-specific video content for Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Design healthcare-related static posts, infographics, and carousel content.
- Add subtitles, voiceovers, motion graphics, and animated text to videos.
- Ensure timely delivery of content according to the content calendar.
- Export videos according to platform-specific technical requirements and best practices.
- Maintain brand guidelines, visual identity, and color consistency.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute content strategies effectively.

Educational Requirements

- Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma or certification in Multimedia, Video Editing, or Graphic Design will be considered an advantage.
- University students with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in video editing.
- Experience creating social media content will be given preference.
- Previous experience working with healthcare or medical content will be considered an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of Motion Graphics using Adobe After Effects.
- Ability to create thumbnails and promotional designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Basic understanding of Color Grading and Audio Mixing.

প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহ:

- ডাক্তারদের OT, চেম্বার ও হাসপাতাল থেকে ধারণকৃত Raw Footage পেশাদারভাবে সম্পাদনা করা।
- Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts এবং LinkedIn-এর জন্য প্ল্যাটফর্মভিত্তিক ভিডিও কন্টেন্ট তৈরি করা।
- চিকিৎসা ও স্বাস্থ্যসেবা বিষয়ক স্ট্যাটিক পোস্ট, ইনফোগ্রাফিক এবং ক্যারোসেল ডিজাইন করা।
- ভিডিওতে সাবটাইটেল, ভয়েসওভার, মোশন গ্রাফিক্স এবং অ্যানিমেটেড টেক্সট সংযোজন করা।
- কন্টেন্ট ক্যালেন্ডার অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা।
- বিভিন্ন প্ল্যাটফর্মের অ্যালগরিদম ও টেকনিক্যাল স্পেসিফিকেশন অনুযায়ী ভিডিও এক্সপোর্ট করা।
