Junior Software Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Software analyst to join our dynamic team at Antopolis. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of how users interact with software in their day-to-day lives, be the kind of person who enjoys trying out new apps and has exceptional attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive and innovative environment.

Job-Type: Full-time. Sunday to Thursday (10 AM - 6 PM)
Location: Niketan, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:
● Analyze software briefs to extract key requirements and convert them into structured, actionable tasks.
● Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
● Create low-fidelity wireframes and user journey flowcharts to visualize product functionality and user experience.
● Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure an intuitive and visually appealing user interface.
● Collaborate with programmers to oversee the development process and ensure alignment with project goals.
● Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns. This will include being able to attend meetings from home outside of regular office hours, and responding to occasional queries/text messages from clients during weekends. You may also occasionally be required to attend meetings at clients’ locations outside of the office.
● Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, functional requirements, and business objectives.
● Conduct competitive analysis and market research to enhance product strategy.
● Document processes, workflows, and product specifications to ensure smooth ex*****on and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in CSE/Software Engineering from a recognized university is preferred. Tech-savvy Marketing majors are also highly encouraged to apply.
● Willingness to attend a few online meetings per week outside of office hours, willingness to travel to client locations a few times per month, and being able to respond to occasional text messages or calls during weekends is absolutely essential.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● 6 months of relevant experience is preferred, but a passion for understanding user needs is essential.

Benefits:
● Remuneration: The starting salary is 20,000 BDT per month during a 3 month probation period. After probation, salary will be raised to 25,000 BDT - 30,000 BDT per month, depending on performance.
● Generous leave policy: 24 days of yearly paid leave (7 days sick leave + 17 days recreational leave) after probation period. Please note that you will not be eligible for paid leave during probation.
● Semi-annual performance review: Performance based increments may occur up to twice per year.
