Role: Executive, Key Account Management
Work Setup: On-site (Dhanmondi)
Work Week: 5 days
Salary: BDT 20,000 – 25,000

Who You Are:
A graduate in BBA or a similar field
Skilled in communication and client coordination
Experienced (2–3 years) in account management or related roles
Familiar with marketing agency workflows (preferred)

Ideabox is looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager, Business Development to join our growing team. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

📎Key Responsibilities

👉🏼Identify and develop new business opportunities
👉🏼Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
👉🏼Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
👉🏼Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for potential clients
👉🏼Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project ex*****on
