We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Computer Operator & IT Support to be the cornerstone of our daily operations. This role is a hybrid position that requires a meticulous approach to data and reporting, combined with practical IT support skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information within the organization, providing essential support to our field teams, and maintaining the integrity of our systems.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โ Generate and manage daily reports for RSO (Retail Sales Officer), including Card Report, Tiger Ret SCR, RSO Assigned Code QA, and all other reports as required by the market.
โ Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data entered into our systems, performing data verification and clean-up as necessary.
โ Use internal software and database systems (e.g., Banglalink DMS) to perform data entry and generate required
reports.
โ Handle the administrative tasks for IT assets, including device de-registration and EV SIM replacements.
โ Process SIM card issuance and receipt, and troubleshoot related issues.
โ Assist in the preparation of RSO and BP salary files and manage the administrative aspects of RSO.
โ Perform routine maintenance tasks on office computers and peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance.
โ Manage multiple tasks efficiently and consistently meet deadlines.
๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ & ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐:
โ Proven experience in a computer operator, data entry or IT support role is highly desirable.
โ Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
โ Proficiency in data entry and report generation.
โ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
