What is AIDA Model ?
~ The AIDA model shows how a consumer moves through a series of steps when making purchase decisions. AIDA stands for Awareness, Interest, Desire and Action – the four main stages of a purchasing journey. Known generically as “the marketing funnel,” the technique acquired an acronym, AIDA, which corresponds to the progression of shoppers toward making a purchase. Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action – the AIDA model – has proven its worth across the decades. Today, it is still in use and also serves as the basis for new techniques.
