Job Context:
Applicants must be fluent in English and be able to work at night shift (8.00 pm to 5.00 AM)
Job Responsibilities:
*** Chaser / Funding Manager needs to work independently and fund merchants, KPI based.
• Serving to USA, Canada, UK and Australian customers
• Setting up appointment and generating Tele sales in USA, Canada, UK and Australian market
• Taking outbound calls to reach target customers and generation of leads or Appointment setting
• Recording customers data to identify their expectations and behaviors
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
• A Level, O Level, HSC pass/BBA/ MBA (Not mandatory)
• Having good command in English speaking or having IELTS score will get preferences.
Experience Requirements:
*** Chaser / Funding manager shall be experienced in MCA campaign and are able to chase documents and close deals.
• Freshers can apply
• USA based MCA, Janitorial / carpet cleaning, Air duct campaign experienced candidate will get appointment without any training
• Applicants having1 year of working experience in any International Call Center are preferred with attractive remuneration packages.
• Experienced in campaigning of MCA, Janitorial / carpet cleaning, Air duct will get preference
• Experience in BPO industry will get preference
Additional Requirements:
• Age 18 to 40 years
• Must be good in English Speaking
• Able to work in Telemarketing services
• Able to work at night shift(8.00 pm to 5.00 AM)
• Candidates from Mirpur, DOHS, Mohammadpur, Kallyanpur, Shyamoli, Mohakhali, Farmgate, Tejgoan, Gulshan & Banani will get preferences.
• Short listed candidates will get call fora formal interview at an earliest possible.
• Selected candidates will go through a training session for 05 to 10 working days.

Salary structure:
• Market standard salary structure will be offered considering the competencies starts from Taka 15,000 to 30,000
