CCube Architecture & Construction

CCube Architecture & Construction What sets us apart- our drive to go against the industry’s average. Our designs are unique and we dont follow trends. We wanted to change that.
(3)

Yet, our crafts are functional, practical, replicable, efficient, and sustainable, with modular forms and aesthetics made for real people CCube Architecture was never meant to be another firm that designs buildings for the sake of beauty or trend. It was built from a simple frustration — that architecture, over time, has become too obsessed with appearance and too detached from the people it’s sup

posed to serve. Our work starts with people — their daily routines, struggles, constraints, and the realities they live in. We study how a family uses a space, how movement flows, how sunlight touches, and how accessibility shapes comfort. From that understanding, we design forms that are practical, efficient, and deeply connected to human life. For us, functionality, accessibility, and replicability are not side concerns — they are the foundation. Every line we draw must make life easier, more comfortable, and more achievable for the people who live within it. Aesthetics follow naturally — not as decoration, but as the quiet result of thoughtful decisions and honest design. Our goal is not to create one-off showpieces for attention, but design systems that can be adapted, repeated, and scaled — so that good design becomes accessible to everyone, not a privilege for a few. We design for every class, every context, and every personal taste — because architecture should reflect people, not ego. CCube Architecture stands against the ordinary repetition that fills so much of the built environment today. We believe architecture should carry a purpose, a standard — something that lasts beyond the project itself. Each design, no matter how small, should leave a mark: a lesson, a method, or a feeling that pushes the discipline forward. This is our vision — to build a brand that represents more than buildings;
a movement toward architecture that is functional first, timeless in form, and human at its core. CCube Architecture — where design begins with reality, and ends with legacy.

The Living Courtyard

A room without walls, yet complete.
Here, architecture pauses to let nature take the center stage.

At the heart—
a tree, golden and alive, its branches stretching into the sky, its roots grounded in stone and soil.
It is not decoration, but presence.
The house breathes around it.

The fireplace warms one edge,
the sofa embraces another,
yet it is the tree that gathers people—
casting shadows, spilling light, whispering with the wind.

This is not an interior, not an exterior.
It is the in-between.
A threshold where stone meets leaf,
where fire meets breeze,
where the stillness of architecture surrenders to the ever-changing life of a tree.

The Living Courtyard reminds us:
sometimes the most profound luxury is to sit beneath a canopy of leaves,
inside, yet outside,
sheltered, yet free.

Blue Paradise

A ribbon of concrete rests gently on the sand, lifted just enough to let the earth breathe beneath it.
It does not conquer the beach—it floats above, quietly, like a line drawn along the horizon.

The walls are not walls but woven screens, a lattice of light and shadow that shifts with the sun.
Privacy and openness coexist, each moment of the day rewriting the atmosphere inside.

Within, the air carries salt and silence.
The sea is framed in long, unbroken lines, and the rooms become extensions of the shore.
Here, furniture is not furniture but sculpture—
a circular cradle of rest, echoing the moon, the tide, the endless cycle.

Blue Paradise is not built on the coast, but with it.
Sand drifts, breezes flow, blossoms scatter—
the architecture only sets the stage.
Life, light, and nature perform the rest.

Project Type: Architectural Design and Visualization

Project Name: Emerald 26 v2
Location: New South Wales, Sydney, Australia
Client: Opera Homes AU
Year: 2025
Status: Design Completed

Role

As lead designer, I was responsible for the architectural planning, modeling, and visualization of this modern narrow-plot residence with a focus on interior flexibility and contemporary facade expression:

Architectural Planning: Developed a narrow plot–oriented 2-story design with all rooms arranged along a single corridor axis. This configuration was optimized not just for circulation but for active, usable spaces—integrating a children’s activity zone, open living areas, and study spaces within the corridor strategy.

Spatial Strategy: Reduced the total number of bedrooms to emphasize interior amenities, including two living rooms, a study room, and a dedicated children’s zone, thereby prioritizing shared family functions and lifestyle over maximum sleeping capacity.

Facade Design: Created a bold, modern interlocking concrete facade with clean horizontal and vertical lines, paired with a flat roof for a contemporary architectural identity. The interplay of volumes highlights modernism while keeping the design minimal.

Visualization: Produced realistic 3D renders that illustrate how modern facade composition and internal spatial richness coexist within a narrow footprint.

Work Process

Planning & Modeling: Revit & AutoCAD for precise narrow-plot space planning and massing.

Visualization: Twinmotion & D5 Render for photorealistic renderings of interiors and exteriors.

Post-Processing: Photoshop for polished presentation-ready visuals.

Project Delivery: Prepared for Opera Homes AU client review and marketing collateral.

Design Philosophy

Narrow Plot Efficiency: Designed specifically for compact and narrow sites, demonstrating how a linear axis can be transformed into a series of dynamic, livable spaces.

Interior Lifestyle Focus: By reducing bedroom count, greater emphasis was placed on shared amenities, flexibility, and comfort, making the home family-oriented and modern in function.

Modern Facade Language: A strong composition of interlocking concrete volumes, flat roof elements, and restrained minimal detailing defines the exterior identity.

One-Line Corridor Concept: Circulation doubles as an interactive space with activity zones, openness, and natural flow, preventing the house from ever feeling confined.

Impact

Emerald 26 v2 redefines the possibilities of narrow-plot living, proving that reduced width does not have to compromise comfort or function. Instead, it embraces a modern minimalist facade while offering a generous interior lifestyle, balancing practical family needs with aesthetic clarity.

The project highlights my ability to craft innovative spatial strategies, where constraints fuel creativity, delivering a bold, contemporary residence that is compact in size yet rich in lifestyle possibilities.

Role

As lead designer, I was responsible for the architectural planning, modeling, and visualization of this compact yet functional 2-story pitched roof residence:

Architectural Planning: Developed a narrow plot–oriented design with all rooms arranged along a single corridor axis. This corridor was intentionally widened to incorporate amenities such as a children’s activity zone and open circulation spaces, ensuring functionality and openness within a compact footprint.

Spatial Strategy: Prioritized length over width—avoiding a cramped feel by stretching functions linearly while reserving the entire floor width at the rear for a spacious master bedroom with enhanced comfort.

Facade Design: Crafted a minimal 2-tone concrete finish facade, combining modern simplicity with a pitched roof that reflects a traditional-contemporary hybrid aesthetic.

Visualization: Produced realistic 3D renders to communicate the balance of narrow-plot efficiency and interior openness.

Work Process

Planning & Modeling: Revit & AutoCAD for precise spatial configuration in a restricted footprint.

Visualization: Twinmotion & D5 Render for photorealistic interiors and exteriors.

Post-Processing: Photoshop for final polish and presentation-ready visuals.

Project Delivery: Prepared for Opera Homes AU client review and marketing materials.

Design Philosophy

Compact Plot Adaptability: Designed specifically for narrow or small plots, focusing on maximizing usability without sacrificing comfort.

One-Line Corridor Concept: Rooms are aligned along a single linear axis, where circulation becomes an active space enriched with activity zones and openness.

Prioritization of Length: By extending along the length of the plot rather than width, the home avoids a compressed feeling and achieves spaciousness in a compact footprint.

Facade Identity: The 2-tone concrete facade is restrained and minimal, while the pitched roof introduces a timeless, traditional quality blended with contemporary styling.

Impact

Bianco 26 v2 demonstrates how thoughtful spatial organization can transform a narrow or compact plot into a home that feels generous, open, and highly functional. The project showcases my ability to reimagine constraints as opportunities, delivering a residence that merges minimal design, family-oriented spaces, and traditional-modern aesthetics within a compact yet impactful architectural solution.
