Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential international clients, connect with decisionmakers, present ALT FIX's creative services, and convert prospects into long-term business partners. โขIdentify and research potential international clients.
โขGenerate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and networking.
โขConduct outbound calls with international prospects.
โขPresent ALT FIX's services and value proposition professionally.
โขSchedule meetings with qualified prospects.
โขPrepare quotations and proposals with the support of the management team.
โขFollow up consistently until deals are closed.
โขMaintain CRM and sales pipeline records.
โขAchieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
โขBuild long-term relationships with agencies, brands, photographers, e-commerce companies, and creative studios.

โขBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
โข1โ3 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, Telemarketing, or B2B Sales. โขExcellent spoken and written English.
โขStrong negotiation and presentation skills.
โขComfortable making outbound calls to international clients.
โขAbility to communicate confidently with overseas clients.
โขExperience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar lead generation tools will be considered an advantage.
โขSelf-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
โขKnowledge of creative services, AI solutions, digital marketing, or e-commerce will be a plus.

Salary: BDT 25,000 โ 40,000 (Based on experience and performance)
