Something GREAT happened this week that I have to share.
We're a fully remote team at Kodescape LLC, scattered across different districts. Calls and messages are our normal, meeting up in person almost never happens.
But this time we made it happen. The whole team got together to watch the World Cup final, along with a few friends and family. It turned into way more than just a football match, so much noise, laughing, teasing each other during the game.
After the final, we headed to πππ¨π°π ππ‘ππ. That drive and the time we spent there was honestly my favorite part. No work talk, just real conversations, the kind you don't get enough of when everyone's remote.
One thing this reminded me:

Remote work gives us flexibility. But days like this remind me why we still need to meet in person once in a while.
