Job title: Key Account Officer

What You'll Do:
-Handle all client communications with professionalism, ensuring smooth and effective interactions.
-Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for clients, ensuring all aspects of the service are clearly communicated.
-Organize and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of social media and marketing content.
-Research and create engaging, original content for social media pages, tailored to the audience and brand voice.
-Bring innovative, out-of-the-box ideas to every project and ensure they deliver results.
-Oversee and manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent posting, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
-Utilize Excel and maintain detailed spreadsheets to track project progress, budgets, and content schedules.
-Assist in the creation of comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth goals.
Requirements:
• Education: Graduate from a recognized university.
• Experience: 1-2 years minimum in a client-facing or social media role, preferably in marketing or communications.
• Skills:
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with content management tools.
-Ability to create, organize, and manage social media content and campaigns.
-Experience with research and content generation for social media platforms.
-Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to social media strategies. Any design skills, whether it’s Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, DaVinci, or other creative tools, are always appreciated and valued!
-Organizational Skills: Highly organized with an attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
-Team Player: Collaborative and able to work seamlessly with other team members.
