Available Position:
- Sr. Client Service Executive (Full Time)
Office Time:
(Saturday) Sunday - Thursday
- 10 am to 7 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
-Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
-Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
-Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide strategic advice and solutions.
Project Management:
-Oversee the planning, ex*****on, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
-Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
-Coordinate with internal teams (creative, technical, analytics) to ensure cohesive and effective campaign ex*****on.
Strategic Planning:
-Develop and present strategic marketing plans and proposals to clients.
-Identify opportunities for client growth and expansion of services.
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Market Research and Analysis:
-Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
-Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark studies.
-Provide clients with industry insights and thought leadership.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
-At least 1 year of experience in client management within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
-Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing).
-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
-Leadership experience and a collaborative mindset.
