What You'll Do:
✅ Manage day-to-day client interactions and serve as their trusted advisor
✅ Develop comprehensive briefs based on client requirements and objectives
✅ Coordinate with creative, strategy, and ex*****on teams to deliver quality outputs
✅ Present campaign ideas, strategies, and results to clients effectively
✅ Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
✅ Identify opportunities for growth within existing client relationships

What We're Looking For:
🔹 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (in Bengali and/or English)
🔹 Comfortable typing in both Bengali & English
🔹 Graduates from Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields preferred
🔹 Prior experience in customer service or account management is a plus!
