Urgently Hiring: 2 Digital Marketers (Fresher) with Skills at XiT Solution
Starting Salary: 10,000 Taka
Interview Task:
Task 1: Keyword Research
- You will be given 5 niche or targeted keywords. Your task is to identify 3 relevant or LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing) keywords with high search volume and low competition in the Australian market.
Task 2: Site Audit
- Perform a comprehensive site audit for a given website. Identify areas of improvement related to SEO, site speed, user experience, and technical issues.
Task 3: Meta Title and Description Creation
- Write an optimized meta title and meta description for a specific product from a given URL, focusing on SEO best practices and click-through rate optimization.
Task 4: Competitor Analysis
- Identify 3 direct competitors for the given website. Analyze their strengths and weaknesses, including their online presence, marketing strategies, and SEO tactics.
Task 5: Google Ads Keyword Research
- Research and identify relevant keywords for running Google Ads for a specific product from a provided URL. Focus on high-performing keywords with the potential to drive traffic and conversions.
Salary Structure:
- If the interview task is done well, the salary will be 10,000 Taka, and the candidate will join as a permanent employee.
- If the performance is average and the company decides to give the candidate an opportunity to grow, the candidate will undergo a 3-month probation period with a starting salary of 8,000 Taka. Afterward, the salary will increase to 10,000 Taka upon acquiring the required skills and becoming a permanent employee.
Job Responsibilities:
- Optimize website SEO (keywords, meta tags, and technical SEO), SEO Auditing & Monitoring, conduct a competitor analysis, Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, Monitor website traffic and rankings using Google Search Console, set up & manage Google Analytics (GA4), Manage and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter
- Besides, perform tasks related to operating our shopping engine platform in Australia, such as running channel ads, sending emails, managing shops, assigning products, etc., all within an 8-hour workday.
Increment: Yearly
Working Hours: 7 AM to 4 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break). Candidates living far may be allowed an additional 30-45 minutes for joining.
Day Off: Sunday
Education: Bachelor's degree (ongoing)
Holidays: A combination of key holidays from both Bangladesh and Australia. For holidays observed in Bangladesh but not in Australia (except the two Eid holidays), staff will receive extra pay for working those days, as our business operates in Australia. Our staff enjoy doing this as it allows them to earn extra money.
Job Leaving Policy: Employees must provide at least one month's notice before leaving and ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities to their replacement.
Job termination terms: The company reserves the right to terminate an employee if they breach any rules related to their work or conduct within the office, with a 30-day prior notice. However, in the case of severe misconduct, the prior notice period will not apply.
NB: We prefer candidates who are willing to work for at least one year. This helps freshers gain experience, and the company benefits from their growth. We don’t encourage candidates looking for short-term jobs (a few months), as it wastes time and training resources.
