🚨 Urgent Hiring: Video Editor (15-Day Election Campaign)

We are looking for an experienced, fast, and responsible video editor for a high-paced 15-day election campaign.
You will be required to produce multiple short videos daily.

Requirements

• Strong experience in short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Documentary)
• Must be skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (Motion Graphics)
• Ability to deliver quickly with minimal revisions
• Available for instant updates and changes
• Proactive mindset with good time management
• Must be fully committed for the next 15 days

Campaign Type

• Political / election-focused content
• Deadline-driven, fast ex*****on

Payment

• BDT 35,000 (Fixed for 15 days)

Additional Skills (Plus)

• Strong visual sense and design judgment
• Ability to suggest visual improvements
• Static post design skills are a plus

Work Style

Job Responsibilities:

Design engaging graphics for digital and print media (social media posts, banners, brochures, etc.)
Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing and branding
Create and maintain HTML-based email templates, landing pages, and web visuals
Collaborate with the marketing and development teams for creative concepts
Ensure consistent branding across all visual content

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Good knowledge of HTML/CSS coding for web and email templates
Experience in video editing and post-production
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Additional Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

Basic animation skills
UI/UX design understanding
Knowledge of responsive web design
