যারা কর্পোরেট জব করেন। তাদের এই লোকটিকে নিজে জানা প্রয়োজন। কিছু লোক থাকবে যারা আপনার সাথে বন্ধু হয়ে মিশবে কিন্তু আপনাকে ক্ষতি করার জন্য সুযোগ খুজবে। এই লোকটি তাদের ভিতর একজন।
বয়স খুববেশি না, ২০১৯ সালে গ্রাডুয়েশন শেষ করেছে কিন্তু ভাবখানা এমন যে, ১০ বছরের চাকুরি তিনি করেছেন (জানিনা তিনি আদুভাই কিনা)। আমি মূলত কাউকে নিয়ে লিখতে বা তার পেছনে বলতে চাইনা। কিন্তু এই লোকটি বলতে বাধ্য করেছে, যদিও এই কথা তার সামনেও বলা হয়েছে। প্রায় ২/৩ কোম্পানিতে তিনি চাকুরি করেছেন এই ফয়সাল বিল পাশা সাহেব। আমি ব্যক্তিগতভাবে তার দুইটা কর্মস্থান ঘেটে যা বুঝলাম তাকে ম্যানেজমেন্টের চাপে পদত্যাগ করতে বাধ্য করা হয়েছে। তিনি মূলত তার প্রভাব বিস্তার করার জন্য অফিসের বসের সাথে ঘনিষ্ঠ হতে শুরু করেন এবং তার কম্পিটেটরদের কে চাকুরিচুত্য করতে অগ্রনি ভূমিকা পালন করেন। এই কর্মে নিজে অদক্ষ্য থাকার দরুন সেই প্রতিষ্ঠানে তিনিও বেশি দিন টিকতে পারেন না, মাঝখানে কিছু মানুষকে চাকুরি হারাতে হয়। সেই সাথে তিনি অফিস পলিটিক্সে অনেক দক্ষ, সবস্ময় চাইবে তার আশেপাশের লোক যেনো তার গোলাম হয়ে থাকে।

তার প্রসঙ্গে বলতে গেলে শেষ হবে না। শুধু এটুকু বলবো নতুন নিয়োগকর্তা যারা ফয়সাল বিন পাশা-কে তাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানে নিতে চাচ্ছেন তারা তাদের পুরাতন কর্মীদের কথা ভেবে নিয়োগ দিয়েন। এটা আশাকরি আপনার এবং আপনার প্রতিষ্ঠানের মঙ্গল হবে।
