projects related to communications, digital marketing, media & PR, P&L management, salesforce effectiveness, partnerships and stakeholder management. Currently, Vice President of Pragati Life Insurance and is responsible for spearheading Marketing, Business Development, PR, Training functions and build Health Insurance Division as profit center. He launched MEBO (B-Sitosterol), DAPAZIN (Dapagliflozin) first time in Bangladesh successfully and also launched scores of other branded generic medicines, products and services for several organizations. He also pioneered the Ward Pharmacist and Medicine Home Delivery concept in the only JCI accredited hospital in Bangladesh. Kawser, kicked off his career from Evercare Hospital (former Apollo Hospitals) and worked in various leadership positions in Julphar (UAE based MNC), Apex Pharma, Concord Pharma for both local and international markets more than 10 years. He is also a freelance IELTS trainer, helping people to scale up their language skills and achieve desired score for better a future ahead. Outside of work, he is an avid traveler, movie fanatic, fitness enthusiast and love to learn new skills on a regular basis
