Education
Bachelor’s / Honours / Diploma in Graphic Design
Experience
4 to 5 years
Experience in Advertising Agency, Design / Printing / Publishing, or Outsourcing Firm
Skills Requirements
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and MS Office
Strong skills in high-end photo retouching: Product & Model
Neck joint, color correction, masking, shadow, background removal, clipping path, and multipath
Good knowledge of color change and pattern change
Strong sense of urgency with a positive attitude
Ability to maintain company-required consistency in all work
Research-minded and eager for self-development
Good communicative English
Educational qualifications may be relaxed based on experience and expertise

Duty Time & Shift Information
Male candidates are preferred for Morning, Evening, and Night shifts on a rotation basis.
Female candidates are preferred for Morning and Evening shifts.
Morning Shift: 07 AM – 03 PM
Evening Shift: 03 PM – 11 PM
Night Shift: 11 PM – 07 AM
Evening-shift female employees receive drop-off transportation support on these routes: Mirpur-10, Kazipara, Shewrapara, Agargaon, Shyamoli, and Shia Jame Masjid.
