We’re hiring an experienced Junior Video Editor to work on client projects for social media and YouTube.

Responsibilities:
• Edit short-form and long-form videos
• Add text, captions, music, transitions, and sound effects
• Follow briefs and brand guidelines
• Make revisions based on feedback

Requirements:
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with social media and YouTube content
• Understanding of 16:9 / 9:16 formats and pacing
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused

Work Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Sharing a Hiring Experience

Recently, while reviewing applications, I noticed a common issue that keeps coming up: candidates applying without fully reading the job post.

For example, I clearly mentioned a role was full-time and on-site. Yet, I still received applications from people only looking for remote work. Similarly, some applicants didn’t check the office location and later realized they couldn’t actually commute.

This not only wastes the employer’s time but also the candidate’s. A few extra minutes spent carefully reading the job post can make all the difference.

My takeaway:
🔹 Job seekers — double-check the role type and location before applying.
🔹 Employers — be extra clear in job posts to avoid confusion.

Attention to detail shows professionalism, and it helps ensure the right fit on both sides.
