কিন্তু আসলে Loyalty শুরু হয় অনেক আগে যখন কেউ প্রথমবার আপনার ব্র্যান্ডকে অনুভব করে।

ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিংয়ের আসল শক্তি এখানে এটি মানুষকে “target” করে না, মানুষকে চিনে ফেলে।

বা এমন একটি বিজ্ঞাপন যা আপনার প্রয়োজন বুঝে ফেলে, আপনি বলার আগেই।

আগামী দশকে সফল হবে সেই ব্র্যান্ডগুলো,

কারণ Loyalty কোনো মার্কেটিং মেট্রিক নয়।
