Skills required for Creative/graphic designer

⦁ Atleast 1 year of experience
⦁ Generating visual content using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
⦁ Adobe Premier Pro knowledge needed
⦁ Adobe After Effects knowledge needed

Skills required for Client Servicing:

⦁ Relationship management skills; need to get along with different kinds of people in different types of situations.
⦁ Support the marketing team and assist in the creation of social media posts, events and campaigns.
⦁ Monitor social channels and respond to feedback, questions, and concerns.
⦁ Provide administrative support to management when required.
⦁ Assist in planning and hosting marketing events
⦁ Communicate with clients as directed by the management via social media, phone and email.

Skills required for Content & Planning:

⦁ Research the digital marketing & advertising campaigns of specific industries.
⦁ Develop new social media campaigns, considering current and planned promotional activities.
⦁ Monitor social media for clients as directed.
⦁ Assist the corporate team in client meetings as needed.
⦁ Good sense of humor and pop-culture knowledge
⦁ Skills in marketing/branding campaign planning
⦁ Ability to write interesting and clever copies for digital media
⦁ Efficient at carrying out presentations for clients

Skills required for Query management:

⦁ Dealing with customer queries and questions
⦁ Resolve any issues or suggest suitable alternatives
⦁ Helping to build good customer relations
⦁ Manage dedicated social media pages & develop new strategies to enhance.
