Job Requirements
- HSC or Graduation from a reputable institution in any field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a chaser or telesales specialist.
- Strong persuasion skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Organized and punctual.
- Positive, driven, and energetic attitude.
- Prior experience in MCA, Janitorial or solar is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily and monthly reports to Team Leaders.
- Maintaining a professional and presentable demeanor while interacting with clients.
- Developing, establishing, and nurturing positive relationships with clients.

- Yearly salary review to ensure fair compensation.
- Two festival bonuses annually.
- Working hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Weekends off on Saturday and Sunday.
Exclusive Benefits:

4. Attendance Bonus of 2000 BDT per month from the 3rd month of Employment.
5. Internet bill of 500 BDT per month after 6 months of employment and 1000Tk after 1 year of employment.
6. First Increment after 6 months of employment and then every year.

8. Festival Bonus (2) after 1 year of employment.
9. Year-End Bonus for the employees who perform their job straight a year.
10. KPI/ Sales Bonus from the very beginning of the employment.
(Generally, you can earn 5-10k extra on top of your salary every month if you hit the sales target)
