Always chill, always in fun mode, and somehow always ready with a joke, but when it’s time to get serious, the Head of Strategic Planning mode kicks in. And that’s where things get interesting.
From turning random thoughts into clear strategic directions, connecting the dots, challenging ideas, and collaborating with the team to find the smartest way forward, Swapnil has a way of making strategy feel less like a boardroom exercise and more like a conversation that actually gets things moving.
The funniest part?
He can be laughing, cracking jokes, and casually throwing ideas around one minute… and the next minute, the strategy is done, the team is aligned, and the work is absolutely slaying.
