3 things I always check before launching a Webflow CMS setup:

Are your collection fields named clearly, so anyone editing later actually understands what each field does
Is your CMS structure built to scale, adding 10 more items later shouldn't break your layout
Are image fields optimized, unoptimized CMS images are one of the biggest reasons Webflow sites load slow

Small things, but they save a lot of headache down the line.

A question I get a lot: "can Webflow actually handle something custom, or is it just for simple sites?"

Short answer, yes, if it's built right.
