Job Title: Media Manager, ATL Planning & Strategy
Reports To: Head of Brand Media
Location: Gulshan
Role Overview:
Lead ATL (TV, OOH, Radio, Print, Cinema) media strategy and planning. Develop mass-reach campaigns, manage large budgets, and drive brand growth through data-driven traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create ATL media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Plan & negotiate TV, OOH, radio, print, cinema buys.
• Manage budgets, KPIs (reach, GRPs, brand lift), and performance analysis.
• Lead agency & vendor relationships.
• Present strategies to leadership.
• Explore new ATL formats and innovations.
Requirements:
• 6-8+ years ATL planning experience (agency or brand).
• Expertise in TV/OOH buying & Nielsen/BARB tools.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s in Marketing/Advertising.
Preferred:
• FMCG/Retail experience.
• Integrated (ATL+digital) planning background.

What You’ll Do
- Decode client briefs, uncover insights, and shape winning digital strategies
- Build integrated media architectures that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Collaborate with planners, buyers, creatives, and analytics teams to bring strategies to life
- Craft compelling pitch decks and campaign frameworks with strong storytelling
- Stay ahead of media trends, tools, consumer behavior, and platform innovations

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in strategy, media planning, or media buying
- Strong knowledge of Google, Meta & Programmatic platforms
- An analytical mindset with a genuine passion for digital trends
