Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions throughout the international shipment lifecycle — from inquiry and booking to delivery and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, and online platforms
• Assist with shipment bookings and pickup coordination
• Track shipments and provide timely status updates
• Guide customers on documentation and customs requirements
• Manage complaints and resolve service issues professionally
• Support upselling and convert inquiries into confirmed shipments
• Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and sales teams
• Following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and international courier regulations
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Bachelor running student who can manage office hours can apply (Public/Privet university students are preferred)
• Strong communication skills (Bangla & English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM preferred)
• Ability to work in shift schedules
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Professional attitude and teamwork mindset

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time

Manage attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and allowances

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements

Maintain payroll records, employee data, and confidential documents

Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reporting

Handle payroll-related queries from employees

Support audits, reconciliation, and payroll documentation
