Job Title: Creative Support Officer
Location: Market Express Ltd. House: 8, Road: 23/C, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212.

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Friday and Alternate Saturdays
Salary: 22K - 25K Monthly
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Creative Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a creative mind with technical design skills, the ability to support marketing and communication teams, and a passion for visual storytelling that aligns with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop creative assets such as posters, banners, social media posts, and presentation slides
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing projects
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to execute design requirements
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
• Support day-to-day creative needs and ad hoc design requests
• Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint is a must
• A strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver high-quality work on time
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, typography, and color
• Minimum Education: SSC (Priority will be given to candidates with proven skills and work samples, regardless of educational background)
Additional Advantageous Skills (Not Mandatory):
• Basic understanding of motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro)
• Experience in corporate branding and marketing campaigns
• Ability to learn new tools and adapt quickly
