Job Title: Motion Graphics Artist
Type: Full-Time | On-site
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Artist to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, a passion for motion design, and a commitment to producing high-quality visual content. The candidate will work on Reels, animated videos, social media content, corporate AVs, and motion graphics while maintaining high visual standards and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
Assist in video editing and post-production, including basic compositing, transitions, and motion effects using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop to create and adapt vector assets, illustrations, and visual elements for animation.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to translate concepts into engaging visuals.
Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all deliverables.
Create and support corporate AVs, promotional videos, explainer content, and digital assets.
Organize project files and assets following best practices for efficiency and collaboration.
Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate designs to achieve the best possible results.
Stay updated with motion design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and creative styles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or a related creative role.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
Practical experience with Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop for design and asset preparation.
Basic understanding of corporate AV structure and professional video storytelling.
Strong sense of visual quality, composition, typography, and color.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for polished output.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics work, creative taste, and quality ex*****on.
Good to Have
Familiarity with video editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
Basic knowledge of 3D or advanced animation tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya or similar.
Job Location & Schedule
Location: Level 4,House 147,Lane 1, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Office Days: Sunday to Thursday
Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What We Offer
Salary Range 25,000 - 40,000(Negotiable)
