About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated **Client Service Executive** to foster long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure client satisfaction, drive business growth, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications and inquiries.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent engagement.
3. Design and implement a positive onboarding process for new clients.
4. Identify and address clients’ initial concerns or objections to ensure satisfaction.
5. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs.
6. Resolve client queries promptly and efficiently.
7. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and strategies to meet sales targets.
8. Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, operations) to deliver client solutions.
Office Hours: Saturday to Thursday

- Proven experience in client service, account management, or sales.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
