অনুগ্রহক প্রিয় কাস্টমারের নিকট বিনীত নিবেদন এই যে,আপনার চলমান লিফটের রোফ পুনরায় ইন্সটল করতে হবে।কারণ পাঁচ বছর পরের থেকেই রোফের টেম্পার আস্তে আস্তে কমতে থাকে। ১০ বছরের মধ্য রোফ চেঞ্জ করতেই হবে। আর যাদের ১০ বছর পূর্ণ হয়ে গেছে।তাদের রোফ কোন কারনে ছিড়ে গেলে, মারাত্মক দুর্ঘটনা ঘটবে।সেজন্য অল সলিউশন এলিভেটর এন্ড পাওয়ার কোম্পানি নোটিশের পর থেকে কোন ভাবে দায়ী থাকবে না। কারণ চুক্তি অনুযায়ী পাঁচ,ছয়, সাত বছর পর থেকেই রোফ চেঞ্জ করার কথা চুক্তিতে বলা হয়েছিল।
অতএব,
প্রিয় গ্রাহক আপনার নিকট আকুল আবেদন এই যে,
লিফট আপনার দায়িত্ব আপনার লিফট আপনি যত্ন নিন। নিজে ভাল থাকুন, পরিবারের যত্ন নিন। কারণ: "একটি দুর্ঘটনা সারা জীবনের কান্না"

Kindly a humble request to dear customer is that you need to re-install your running elevator rope because after five years the rope temper is slowly decreasing, after 10 years the rope has to be changed and if the rope is left after 10 years there will be serious accident. That's why all solutions elevator and power company will not be liable in any way after the notice as the contract stipulates that the roof should be changed after five to seven years.
So Dear Customer, I appeal to you, lift is your responsibility, ours is your lift, take care of yourself, take care of your family, because an accident is the cry of a lifetime.
