Ready to dive into the world of client service while working remotely? Switch X is on the hunt for a "Client Service Intern (Female)" to join our dynamic team. If you’re a problem solver, a smooth communicator, and love connecting the dots between client needs and creative brilliance, this is the role for you! You'll be the superhero behind the scenes, ensuring our clients are happy and our creative team is on track to deliver outstanding results.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Be the go-to person for clients: keep the convo flowing, understand their needs, and make sure they know they’re in good hands.
• Pass the baton: Relay client requirements to our creative squad, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Gather feedback like a pro: Collect the latest and greatest from the creative team, and send it over to clients with your best “let’s get this approved” vibes.
• Check in with clients: Follow up, make sure they’re happy, and if there’s a problem, you’ll be the first to solve it.
• Prepare all the good stuff: Help create client-facing documents, reports, and presentations that wow.
• Coordinate like a boss: Work your magic between internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• If needed, take a field trip: Meet clients in person (with travel expenses covered, of course!).
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Fluent English: Written and spoken – if you can impress us with your communication skills, we’re halfway there.
• University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Bold, confident, and hungry to learn: You’re not afraid to take charge and get things done.
• Stellar organizational skills and the ability to multitask like a pro.
• Remote work? No problem! You’re ready to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
• Attention to detail – you notice the little things (because those little things matter).
• Client expectations? You’ll handle them like a pro and adapt to new challenges with ease.
