Most of what we do is corporate work. We enjoy it. But every once in a while, a project comes along that reminds us why we picked up a camera in the first place.

Chronicles of Freedom (শেকল ভাঙার গান) was one of those. It gave us the freedom to push, experiment, fail, start over, and care far more than anyone asked us to.

Thank you, The Bangladesh Dialogue, for trusting us with a story that deserved every bit of that care.

Video Editor (Full-Time, On-Site, Mirpur DOHS)

We are hiring a Video Editor to enhance our content creation and delivery efforts.

Position Details

• Type: Full-time (Saturday - Wednesday, 5 days/week)

• Location: On-site, Mirpur DOHS

Benefits

• Compensation: BDT 25,000–30,000 (based on expertise)

• Fully subsidized Lunch

• Review: Compensation will be reviewed every 6 months based on performance

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Creative Team to plan and manage the content production schedule

• Types of work: Event coverage, event promo videos, reels, documentary, info-graphics

• Deadline, Non-Negotiable

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Adobe After Effects (Must) & Adobe Premiere Pro

• EXCELLENT English comprehension

• Strong storytelling sense for formal/informal/vlog content

• Basic knowledge of camera equipment (preferred)

• Familiarity with Frame.io, Slack, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is considered a plus

• Portfolio required (Skills in After Effects is a Must)

Some places don't just exist on a map. They live inside the people who were shaped by them.

Last year, we had the honour of covering the reunion 2025 of Faujdarhat Cadet College and what we witnessed wasn't just an event. It was decades of brotherhood folding back into one afternoon. Old cadets finding each other again. Laughter that picked up right where it left off. A pride that never really went away.

Today is FCC's Raising Day, and there's no better moment to share what we captured.

This one's for every Faujian who still feels that pull, back to the parade ground, back to the dorms, back to the place that made you who you are.
