🎯Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
• Manage and maintain restaurant social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Schedule and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Content Planning
• Develop monthly content calendars.
• Plan promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and event content.
• Coordinate food photography and video shoots for menu items and restaurant ambiance.
Community Engagement
• Respond to comments, messages, and online reviews.
• Engage with followers and build a strong digital community.
• Manage customer feedback professionally.
Performance Monitoring
• Track analytics and engagement metrics.
• Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
• Recommend strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams.
