Fiverr Success Score কমে যাচ্ছে? কারণটা হয়তো এটাই!

Fiverr-এর success score এখন অনেক seller-এর মাথাব্যথার কারণ। অনেকেই দেখছেন—order complete করার পরও score উল্টো কমে যাচ্ছে! 😟

কেন এমন হচ্ছে?
মূল কারণ—ভুল জায়গায় communication।

আমাদের অনেকেই order পাওয়ার পর buyer-এর সাথে কথাবার্তা করি main inbox-এ, order page-এ নয়। কিন্তু Fiverr চায় আপনার সব কথাবার্তা order page-এই হোক। না হলে Fiverr ধরে নেয়—আপনি buyer-এর সাথে properly communicate করছেন না। আর সেই কারণেই success score নিচে নেমে যায়।

অন্যদিকে, অনেক buyer order message দেখেই না—কারণ তাদের notification প্রচুর আসে, inbox ভরে যায়, order page-এ ঢুকে message পড়ার সময় থাকে না।
