ABP 𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆-তে Chief Guest হিসেবে আমাদের সঙ্গে ছিলেন 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽 𝗝. 𝗝. 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗹, Chief Executive, Association of International Accountants (AIA) , UK।
AIA-এর qualifications, professional standards, reputation, services এবং organisational strategy-এর সামগ্রিক নেতৃত্ব তাঁর দায়িত্বের অংশ। একই সঙ্গে তিনি নিজেও একজন experienced accounting professional এবং FAIA, FCCA ও FCPA সহ একাধিক professional fellowship-এর অধিকারী।
Association of International Accountants (AIA) 1928 সালে UK-তে প্রতিষ্ঠিত একটি দীর্ঘদিনের international professional accountancy body, যার উপস্থিতি 85টিরও বেশি দেশে বিস্তৃত। Professional qualification, ethical standards, CPD, international recognition এবং career mobility নিয়ে AIA-এর কাজ বিশ্বজুড়ে accountancy professionals-দের সঙ্গে সংযোগ তৈরি করেছে।
এমন একটি প্রতিষ্ঠানের Chief Executive হিসেবে 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽 𝗝. 𝗝. 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗹-এর Dhaka-তে এসে ABP graduates-দের উদ্দেশ্যে বক্তব্য রাখা এবং তাঁদের graduation milestone-এর অংশ হওয়া আমাদের জন্য বিশেষ তাৎপর্যপূর্ণ। তাঁর বক্তব্যে professional standards, responsibility এবং পরিবর্তনশীল global profession-এর সঙ্গে নিজেদের প্রস্তুত রাখার গুরুত্ব প্রতিফলিত হয়েছে।
ABP 6th Graduation Ceremony-তে আরও উপস্থিত ছিলেন Graduation Speaker 𝗬𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗿 𝗔𝘇𝗺𝗮𝗻, Chief Executive Officer, Grameenphone, Distinguished Special Guest 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱, Head of International Business Department, Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds, UK, এবং Chairman, ABP, 𝗠𝗱. 𝗦𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗱 𝗨𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝘇𝘂𝗺𝗱𝗲𝗿। তাঁদের সঙ্গে একই মঞ্চে Mr Turnbull-এর উপস্থিতি graduates-দের এই অর্জনকে আরও আন্তর্জাতিক পরিসরের একটি professional celebration-এ পরিণত করেছে।
ABP-এর পক্ষ থেকে 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽 𝗝. 𝗝. 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗹-এর প্রতি আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা, UK থেকে Dhaka-তে এসে আমাদের graduates-দের এই বিশেষ দিনে সময় দেওয়া এবং 6th Graduation Ceremony-কে তাঁর উপস্থিতি ও professional perspective দিয়ে আরও অর্থবহ করে তোলার জন্য।
It was a privilege to welcome 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽 𝗝. 𝗝. 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗹, Chief Executive, Association of International Accountants (AIA), UK, as the Chief Guest at the ABP 6th Graduation Ceremony. At AIA, he holds overall responsibility for its qualifications, professional standards, reputation, services and organisational strategy. He is also an experienced accounting professional with multiple professional fellowships, including FAIA, FCCA and FCPA.
Founded in the UK in 1928, the Association of International Accountants (AIA) is a long-established international professional accountancy body with a presence across more than 85 countries. Its work spans professional qualifications, ethical standards, continuing professional development, international recognition and career mobility for accountancy professionals.
Having the Chief Executive of such an international professional body travel to Dhaka, address our graduates and share their milestone made his presence especially meaningful. His remarks reflected the importance of professional standards, responsibility and remaining relevant within a rapidly evolving global profession.
