Requirements for Assistant Manager:
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferably in CSE/Marketing) and a minimum of four years of sales and marketing experience are required.
• The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Solid project management skills, keep complex projects moving forward.
• Proficient with Analytics.
• Exposure to conversion rate optimization experimentation processes, tools, analyses, etc.
• Previously working with an IT background will be a plus.
• Through thought leadership, you’ll need to balance daily ex*****on with driving and reviewing strategy on an ongoing basis.

Requirements for Executive:
• A maximum of 1 year of full-time work experience with a bachelor's degree in any discipline. (Preferably in CSE/Marketing)
• Provided examples of developing leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Previously working with an IT background will be a plus.
• Passion for winning and aspirations for an accelerated career.

Location:
Mirpur-2, Dhaka.

Salary Range:
For Asst. Manager: 30–40k (based on experience).
For executives: 20-25k (based on experience).

Salary Review:
Yearly based on performance.
