Time: 8pm-4am
Role Overview:
The Social Media Manager (SMM) is responsible for developing, managing, and executing high-performing social media strategies that grow our client’s online presence, increase engagement, and strengthen brand identity.
This is not just a posting role!!! This is for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a keen eye for detail, and a growth mindset. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, tech-adaptive, communicator, analytical, and up-to-date with new tools and trends that can make social media management smarter and more efficient. She will run the account like a modern brand strategist.
You’ll be managing end-to-end content cycles, collaborating closely with video editors, DM Setters, and account managers to ensure each campaign connects with audiences and drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (reels, posts, captions, stories) across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Monitor social media pages daily — reply to comments and maintain a consistent brand tone.
• Track and adapt to emerging trends, hashtags, viral formats, and platform algorithm updates.
• Coordinate with DM Setters to align messaging and ensure a unified approach to audience engagement.
• Use and experiment with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, OpusClip, Notion AI, etc.) for caption writing, idea generation, and content optimization.
• Maintain a daily activity log and report progress or insights to the Account Manager.
Requirements / Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of proven experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
• Strong command of English (both written and verbal) — must be able to write fluently, persuasively, and with brand-appropriate tone.
• Up-to-date with the latest AI tools and social media technologies.
• Highly familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook features, analytics, and trends.
• Creative thinker with a growth-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Must be on-site daily and actively collaborate with the internal team.
